The construction of a courthouse and the popularity of the local marketplace created a parking shortfall in this urban area, but the small footprint of the site and sensitive architecture dictated an efficient yet aesthetic two-level parking deck. The precast/prestressed concrete structural system allowed for rapid construction and provided an open appearance.
