WGI was proud to provide services for the design and entitlement phase of a new Boys & Girls Clubs facility in the City of West Palm Beach. This facility serves as a much-needed addition to the services already offered by the Boys & Girls Clubs to the West Palm Beach community. Situated on 1.65 acres in Dreher Park, leased from the City of West Palm Beach, the new facility will significantly expand opportunities for children in the area who require the services the Boys & Girls Clubs provides. The new facility includes a club building, a gymnasium, an outdoor classroom and play area, and shared parking.
WGI provided survey, civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture, environmental, and project management services from initial design development through project completion. Our experienced team worked closely with the Boys & Girls Clubs, architect, and City staff to address site constraint issues, ensuring that the proposed clubhouse and gymnasium could achieve its exciting vision and program, while fulfilling zoning, site design, drainage, and safety requirements. WGI proudly supports the Boys & Girls Clubs’ mission to enable all young people to reach their full potential.
