WGI provided a condition assessment of the structure to determine the structural condition of the deck. The parking structure exhibited a large amount of concrete scaling and significant deteriorated areas and delaminations in the concrete topping slab, exposing the wire mesh reinforcement. Repairs included:
• Topside slab concrete deterioration repairs
• Removal and replacement of expansion joints
• Removal and replacement of cove sealant
• Installation of supplemental floor drains
• Restriping of entire deck
The project was completed on time and on budget.
