WGI was responsible for the structural design and construction engineering inspections for this pump station which is a critical component of the downtown West Palm Beach master stormwater management system. This pump station was designed with precast walls, cast-in-place equipment slab, and an extended intake channel. Also included is a new concrete divide structure with steel piles encased in concrete and 18-inch square concrete brace piles.
