Comerica Park is a ballpark located in downtown Detroit and serves as the home of the Detroit Tigers. This parking structure is located adjacent to Comerica Park and provides dedicated, secure parking for players, VIPs, and coaches.

This four-bay wide structure has a one-way double-threaded helix with two flat bays. Two glass-backed stair/elevator towers accentuate the corners. A private tunnel extends from the parking structure to the locker rooms, and a pedestrian bridge provides easy access to club-level seating.

An automatic vehicle identification system offers secure player parking. The exterior façade is made up of colored concrete with sand-blasted and acid-etched finishes.
