The Del Valle Retail project is located on 15.6 acres in Austin’s ETJ. The retail development includes three retail buildings, a grocery, and two restaurants totaling approximately 52,000 square feet. The development will include 411 parking spaces.
Franz Architects provided the architectural design for the project. WGI provided civil engineering design, site development permitting, and construction administration services. The project is currently in the design stage.
