Project Description
2021 East 5th Street is located in the core of central east Austin. Endeavor Real Estate Group developed the project which consists of 31,572 square feet of Creative Class A Office space, including the Austin office of WGI.
The project incorporates innovative water quality treatment with a concealed underground water quality structure, and extensive streetscape improvements.
The energy efficient building, which is in close proximity to the Plaza Saltillo MetroRail station and the Lance Armstrong Bikeway, features on-site shower facilities, electric vehicle charging stations, and a solar array that also serves as covered parking.
