Gateway Commerce Park is strategically located at the southwest corner of the Florida Turnpike and County Line Road in the City of Miami Gardens, FL. The development offers build-to-suit opportunities for both large and small businesses, giving tenants the opportunity to customize their lease space. The project includes 852,000 square feet of premier distribution space and will not only help to meet the demand for logistics, distribution, and supply chain space, but also facilitate job growth and job creation within the City. The development required processing of a Site Plan Approval though the City of Miami Gardens.
