WGI holds a five-year contract as of August 2023, with two one-year extensions through 2030. The scope of services under this contract includes general planning services, traffic engineering and planning, LEED and sustainability consulting, graphic design, economic development planning and research, and landscape design plan review and inspection services.

• Annexation Feasibility Study: The Village of North Palm Beach enlisted WGI to prepare an Annexation Feasibility Study for the involuntary annexation of three areas that are presently located in unincorporated Palm Beach County. The work performed involved complying with Florida Statutes 171.042.
