WGI’s Structural Division was hired to design this 14,000-square-foot residential house located in North Palm Beach. The house is a CMU structure on concrete grade beams and helical piles with a hollow-core 2nd floor and a premanufactured wood truss roof. Some of this house’s unique architectural features include an elevator shaft and a large spiral staircase located at the entrance.
