WGI provided MEP engineering services for the Grove at Shoal Creek Block 4 apartments (now known as Korina at the Grove). The project consists of 396 units (374,700 SF), with a 218,400 GSF structured parking garage, 44,100 GSF of cold dark shell retail space, and 14,000 GSF of amenity areas.
Korina at The Grove recently achieved Austin Energy’s Green Building (AEGB) 2-Star rating, recognizing the project’s energy-efficient design and sustainable building practices.
