Working with Ocean Reef Club, WGI designed a parking structure within the club’s staff housing area. The new parking structure provides additional parking for club staff and members. WGI’s scope of work included all planning and design of the parking structure and surrounding property.
• WGI worked with Ocean Reef Club to obtain permit approvals from Monroe County, South Florida Water Management District, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection for construction of the project.
