The OLLU Residence Hall is Our Lady of the Lake University’s first new co-ed residence hall in more than 20 years. The building will include 65 two- and four-bedroom units, totaling 234 beds.
In addition to the dormitory building, there is an adjacent amenity building that will host a robust fitness center, and a large, landscaped, and irrigated courtyard featuring a volleyball court. Two new parking lots are also included in this project.
The 21-acre project was designed by Alamo Architects with TBG providing landscape architecture services. WGI provided civil and MEP engineering services.
