Fairfax County Zoning Support Services – Fairfax County has hired WGI to provide their expertise in planning and analysis, best practices and innovation, engagement and community impacts, parking, land use law, floodplain, noise, and air quality analysis.
Prince William County On-Call Consultant Services – As part of this contract, WGI will analyze rezoning applications, special use permits, and proffer amendments to ensure compliance with the county’s regulations and policies. We will also engage directly with developers, engineers, and community stakeholders to support the county’s planning efforts – helping to own challenges, create opportunities, and shape the future of this rapidly growing region.
