Overture Domain is a 189-unit senior living multifamily project located within the Domain development in Austin, Texas. The project includes three 5-story buildings and a structured parking garage with 289 parking spaces.

Greystar’s Overture communities are 55+ “active adult” multifamily projects featuring resort-style amenities, activities, and services. The sites for all Overture properties are selected to be close to shopping, dining, and places to work.

WGI provided MEP and Civil engineering services for the project, which opened in 2018.
