The Reserve at Jupiter is a 24-acre, zero-lot-line development in unincorporated Palm Beach County, Florida. The development, completed in two phases, is comprised of 103 dwelling units, preserve areas and a recreation area that features a tot lot, walking path, fitness station, and more. Palm Beach County’s Workforce Housing Program was also implemented as required by the County’s workforce housing analysis. WGI successfully received approval from the County for variances to allow access from smaller classification roads per traffic requirements.
