WGI provided design and construction documents for the widening of the Seminole Pratt Whitney Road bridge over the M Canal in rural Palm Beach County. The existing bridge was a single-span concrete bridge with prestressed concrete deck units supported by a concrete pile cap and concrete piles. The expanded 55-foot widening utilized prestressed concrete deck units supported by a concrete pile cap and concrete piles. Construction phase services were also provided.
