The Sinai Residences Continuing Care Retirement Community is located on a 29-acre portion of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County campus in Boca Raton, Florida. The site includes 45,000 square feet of administration buildings and over 670,000 square feet of independent living, assisted living and support facilities.

WGI was responsible for surveying, mapping and planning assistance, as well as design, permitting and construction observation of the pavement, site grading, surface water management system, potable water distribution system and wastewater collection system.
