This facility provides public parking in downtown Red Deer, Alberta to support local businesses, offices, and nearby municipal buildings. The building’s ground floor serves as the link to bus service throughout the community with 15 bus bays. The ground floor also incorporates convenient short-term parking, as well as offices, bike lockers, public restrooms, and limited retail.

The facility is the redesign of a parking structure planned and partially constructed in the early 2000s. The redesign improves efficiency and traffic circulation while incorporating a vast majority of the existing foundations. A covered express ramp moves passenger vehicles from street level to the first tier above grade. A “green” roof enhances the sustainability and public perception of the facility.
