Resurfacing, Restoration, and Rehabilitation (RRR) project includes milling and resurfacing the existing roadway with asphalt pavement, new drainage, new curb and gutter, new signalized intersection at NE 9th Avenue, sidewalk, driveways, and modification of median and channelizing islands. The project includes improvements on NE 129 Street, NE 130 Street, NE 8th Avenue, NE 131st Street, NE 132nd Street, NE 9th Avenue, NE 133rd Street, NE 134th Street, NE 136th Street, NE 137th Street, NE 11th Avenue, NE 138th Street, NE 139th Street, NE 12th Avenue, NE 40th Street, NE 140th Street, NE 141st Street, NE 142nd Street, NE 143rd Street, NE 14th Avenue, NE 144th Street, NE 145th Street, NE 146th Street, NE 16th Avenue, NE 147th Street, NE 148th Street, NE 149th Street, NE 150th Street, NE 18th Avenue, and NE 151st Street, which are roads not on the State Highway System, extending between 50 feet and 300 feet. The improvements to be constructed include milling and resurfacing, widening NE 18th Avenue from NE 150th Street SR 909/West Dixie Highway to provide an independent left turn lane, replacing existing signing and pavement markings, new signage, and drainage structures replacement.
