WGI provided a condition assessment of 3 parking structures for the State of Nebraska to determine their current condition and provide restoration recommendations and cost projections for repair. WGI identified concrete repairs, epoxy injection, replacing expansion joints, finish repairs, and general maintenance items. 

East Parking Garage was built in 1974 with an addition added in 1996. The structure consists of cast-in-place concrete supported by cast-in-place walls, precast light walls, and columns. There are six levels – 2 levels below grade and four at or above grade. 

Omaha Park II Parking Structure was built in 1984. The structure consists of a cast-in-place concrete post-tensioned one-way slab system. There are four supported levels and one slab-on-grade. 

South Parking Garage was built in 1974 with an addition added in 1996. The precast structure has five supported levels and one slab-on-grade and has space for 633 vehicles
