The WGI provided engineering services to repair the north masonry wall and to repair and stain the ceilings throughout the structure. Masonry distress and displacement of the brick on the lower floors at the shelf angle were observed, and a serious load path interruption along the entire north wall. The ceilings had many concrete delaminations, primarily due to shallow cover over the reinforcement, which had to be repaired before staining the ceiling.
