The City of Keene has partnered with Future iQ, WGI, and JS&A to develop an updated Comprehensive Master Plan that reflects the city’s significant growth and transformation since 2010. This initiative is a crucial opportunity to shape the community’s future by balancing priorities and incorporating innovative best practices from both local and global perspectives.

WGI is providing specialized expertise throughout the process, analyzing the existing plan and leading the development of new chapters and actionable recommendations. As the primary consultant for four of the plan’s six main pillars, WGI is also contributing to the remaining two, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive approach. This work involves envisioning Keene’s future through detailed assessments, fostering community collaboration to align with shared goals, and crafting strategies that address sustainability, growth, and implementation.

Key services provided include a community vision and community snapshot, community engagement, comprehensive planning, and plan development and implementation.

By engaging with Keene’s leadership and residents, WGI is helping to create a plan that is forward-thinking, practical, and reflective of the city’s unique character. This updated Comprehensive Master Plan will serve as a strategic blueprint to guide Keene toward a vibrant and sustainable future, and WGI is honored to be a key partner in this transformative project.
