Woodfield Country Club is an 830-acre prestigious, private golf and country club that is one of the most exclusive country clubs in South Florida. The community consists of single-family residential pods, villas, town homes, a 16.7-acre commercial pod, two civic pods consisting of a 2.3-acre fire station and a 25-acre middle school, and lastly a 19.3-acre recreation pod with a total square footage of 103,643.

WGI modified the existing approved recreational pod design through a Site Plan Amendment Application in the City of Boca Raton. WGI prepared site plan documentation, landscape plans, hardscape plans, lighting plans, irrigation plans, processed zoning approvals, and represented the project before the Planning and Zoning Community Appearance Board to gain approval of modifications to the fitness center, clubhouse, and tennis facilities.
