WGI assisted with the planning, design, and construction of a new parking structure for the County Courthouse complex in downtown Yuma, Arizona. Located at the northwest corner of 2nd Street and 3rd Avenue, the 4-level, 227-space parking facility serves employees and visitors at the County Sheriff’s department, jail, Justice of the Peace, law library, courts, and the Arizona State Superior Court. The facility is constructed of precast concrete in a highly seismic region. The garage was delivered as a design-build project.
