André Goins joined the firm’s Civil Engineering Division as a senior project manager in its Fort Lauderdale office. André comes to WGI with over 20 years of experience with specific expertise in land development and transportation.
He is a registered PE in Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami. André also holds an MBA from the University of Florida and is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Juan Ortiz joined the firm’s Roadway Division as a designer in its Tampa office. He comes to WGI with experience in design and production of transportation projects.
Juan holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida and is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Lian Plass joined WGI's Planning Division as a senior planner in its West Palm Beach office. She comes to WGI with approximately four years of experience in urban planning with specific expertise in sustainable development and geographic information systems.
Lian holds a LEED Green Associate accreditation, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sustainable Development from Columbia University. Lian also holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from the University of Florida. She is an active member of the American Planning Association and recently served as president of the Planning Student Organization at the University of Florida.
Kate Campbell joined the firm’s Transportation Division as an alternative delivery marketing specialist in its Fleming Island office. Kate comes to WGI with over nine years of experience with specific expertise in creating contract-winning civil engineering pursuit documents, including LOIs, SOQs, and proposals for conventional and alternative delivery projects.
Kate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Economics from Florida State University.
Anthony Russo joined the firm’s Civil Division as a senior engineer intern in its West Palm Beach office. Anthony comes to WGI with over five years of experience with specific expertise in private site development.
He is a registered EI and holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
Jordan Caviggia joined the firm’s Roadway Division as a senior project manager in its Tampa office. Jordan comes to WGI with over 18 years of experience with specific expertise in roadway design and resurfacing, intersection safety improvements, pedestrian and bicycle facility design, transit facility design, street enhancements, and traffic calming.
Jordan is a registered PE and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University. He is an active member of the American Society of Highway Engineers Tampa Bay chapter serving as past president and a current board member. Jordan is also involved with the Florida Engineering Society and the American Council of Engineering Companies - Florida, and is a Florida Engineering Leadership Institute alumnus.
