WGI, Inc. Welcomes Ramsay Bulkeley as Market Leader in its Planning, Landscape Architecture, Environmental, and Mobility Practice
Bulkeley Recently Served as the Executive Director of the Planning, Zoning, and Building Department for Palm Beach County, Florida.
(WEST PALM BEACH, FL – November 8, 2023) Vice President Jeff Brophy proudly announces that Ramsay Bulkeley has joined WGI, Inc. as a Market Leader in their Planning, Landscape Architecture, Environmental, and Mobility practice, known as their PLACE Division. Ramsay will be based out of WGI’s West Palm Beach, Florida office.
The addition of Ramsay to the WGI PLACE Division serves to further strengthen WGI’s already formidable position as the leading Land Development and Planning consulting firm in Palm Beach County and the larger Palm Beaches region. Nationally, WGI is a market leader in technology-based Planning, Engineering, and design solutions for public infrastructure and land development.

Ramsay is well acquainted with expectations and deliverables associated with WGI’s business lines in the Palm Beaches region. Prior to joining WGI in October of 2023, Ramsay served as the Executive Director of the Planning, Zoning, and Building Department for Palm Beach County. Prior to his final leadership role for Palm Beach County, he was also the Deputy Director of the Planning, Zoning, and Building Department, as well as the Director of Code Enforcement.
Ramsay holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Additionally, he also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice degree from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, North Carolina, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Regional Planning from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina.

Prior to the addition of Ramsay Bulkeley, WGI welcomed former Palm Beach County Commissioner Melissa McKinlay as vice president for government relations in its West Palm Beach headquarters in December of 2022. Melissa was elected to the Board of Commissioners of Palm Beach County in 2014 and served as Mayor of Palm Beach County in 2017-2018.
