Situated on the shores of Lady Bird Lake, The Weaver Residences at The Hatchery is a 250-unit, market-rate multifamily community built on a former federally-operated fish hatchery.
The residences are located within The Hatchery, Austin Geriatric Center’s multi-phase redevelopment plan for the site surrounding the Rebekah Baines Johnson (RBJ) Center — an independent living center for seniors and people with disabilities.
WGI provided civil engineering, site development permitting, and construction phase services for The Weaver and the overall RBJ Center redevelopment project.
