YES Week made a triumphant return in 2024, marking our 52nd year of exceptional service with a week filled with employee appreciation, cross-office camaraderie, and exciting daily activities! For those unfamiliar, YES Week is more than just an annual event—it’s a dedicated week where WGI associates from across the nation come together to honor and celebrate the incredible efforts of our amazing team.

More specifically, YES Week is our flagship celebration—akin to an anniversary party that spans an entire week each year! It’s a time dedicated to reflecting on the milestones achieved, recognizing the dedication of our team members, and reinforcing the bonds that make WGI such a special place to work.

That said, YES Week truly embodies our commitment to greatness—honoring our associates’ contributions and exceptional service. From interactive games and daily surprises to heartfelt recognitions and engaging activities, we made sure there was never a dull moment.

Each day, we toasted a new milestone anniversary, celebrating team members who’ve been with us for  5, 10, 15, and even 20 years! This year, we kept the tradition alive by honoring 65 amazing associates with special, custom-made milestone awards—a lasting tribute to their outstanding service and dedication to WGI.

We also have to give a shoutout to our amazing artists! WGI turned things up a notch this YES Week with a splash of color by introducing our custom-drawn Coloring Wall, bringing a vibrant and creative reprieve from a day’s hard work.

Throughout the week, everyone contributed their unique touch, transforming the walls into beautiful tapestries that showcased our team’s dynamic spirit and unique culture in each of our offices.

Not to mention, this year’s YES Week also wouldn’t be complete without getting our groove on with some Just Dance classics! In addition to the lively dance floor and video games, our events were a big hit, featuring WGI-themed crossword puzzles, a “Wordle Wednesday,” and a scavenger hunt that kept the fun going for each and every office location across the nation.

But the excitement didn’t stop there! Our mid-week schedule got an extra thrill with multiple rounds of lively trivia on Kahoot!, hosted by the legendary Ira Wolf. Over 150 of our associates put their brainpower and competitive spirit to the test, competing in two rounds of trivia for an array of fantastic prizes. YES Week truly showed that celebrating with a playful twist is the WGI way!

And as if the week couldn’t get any better… A few of our awesome division leaders treated us to a series of WGI “office hour” events! Picture this: our top leaders dishing out stories, tackling burning questions, and diving into deep discussions with all in attendance. They even sprinkled in a few personal anecdotes, providing a sneak peek behind the scenes while also showering the WGI team with gratitude for another year of exceptional service.

And of course, everyone gathered around this week to say cheese! Our internal social channels turned into a gallery of good vibes during YES Week, with colleagues posting photos of everything, from exciting updates to wholesome group photos—bringing a smile to us all and highlighting the incredible bonds shared at WGI.

And who doesn’t love catering? From delicious breakfasts to mouthwatering lunches, employees gathered around in their YES Week t-shirts to share stories and reflect on the moments that made this week so special.
