A grand opening celebration was recently held for the much anticipated Heron Estates development. It is the first affordable housing community to be built in Rivera Beach, Florida in the past 40 years.
Oceanside Townhomes “Best of Show” Platinum Award
WGI assisted Oceanside Townhomes, LLC with their proposal to develop eight townhome units along the northside of Sweetwater Lane in the City of Boca Raton.
WGI is proud to announce that Oceanside Townhomes Planned Unit Development project was awarded the “Best of Show” platinum award and gold award in the Multifamily over $3M category at the Gold Coast Builders Association Prism Awards last week.
This was a complex residential project in the City of Boca Raton, with WGI leading the planning and entitlement initiatives. These are the types of quality projects and client service WGI is focused on while representing our industry-leading initiatives.
The services included preparation of master plans, site plans, regulating plans, landscape plans, and associated applications and documentation.
