WGI is providing environmental planning services for the development of American Dream Miami; planned to be the largest mall in the United States. The project area spans over 200 acres and the project is expected to cost $4 billion. For the mall property and surrounding lands, WGI has conducted wetland assessments, protected species surveys, and contamination assessments. WGI also coordinated archaeological assessments. The project has been complicated by the presence of State-owned lands.
