The Avery is A two-building multifamily housing project that consisted of over 200 units. WGI managed the full consultant team, including WGI’s own landscape architecture, planning, and civil engineering teams to design construction plans and achieve building permit approval. The project, located at 3300 Boutwell Road, is largely revered by locals for its site design and general improvement to the area.
