Datura Hotel and Residences
The Datura Hotel and Residences is a mixed-use project being developed by Linéaire Group, along with partners Capstone Equities and Max Ducharme.
The 20-story tower, designed by Corwil Architects, will total 232,370 square feet, with a 132 room boutique hotel, 180 multifamily units, 2,457 square feet of retail, and a six-level parking garage with 275 spaces.
It will be located on the west side of the Brightline passenger rail station in the City of West Palm Beach, Florida.
WGI provided a full scope of services for this project including Landscape Architecture, Environmental Services, Traffic Engineering, Civil Engineering and MEP Engineering. We will also be providing construction phase services when the project breaks ground in 2022.
