Project Description

Midtown Commons at Crestview Station is a mixed-use development consisting of an eclectic mix of urban lofts, luxury apartments and unique live work spaces all designed and built around a major stop on the City’s new commuter rail system.

WGI provided MEP engineering services for Phase III and Phase IV of this development including mechanical, electrical and plumbing design, regulatory permitting, construction documents and construction administration.

Phase III – approximately 350 market rate, for rent units including a wrap-style structured parking garage, pool, leasing office and amenity center

Phase IV – approximately 225 market rate, for rent units, also including a wrap-style structured parking garage, pool, leasing office and top floor indoor/outdoor amenity space

Midtown Commons has been recognized with a 3-star rating from Austin Energy Green Building, America’s #1 municipal green building program.
