This project consists of the widening and reconstruction of CR 712 (Midway Road) from a 2-lane roadway to a 4-lane divided roadway between CR 615 (S. 25th Street) and SR 5 (US 1) in St. Lucie County. This two-mile-long project also includes the replacement of the existing bridge over the North Fork of the St. Lucie River. WGI’s design efforts include: access management, traffic control, signing and pavement marking, traffic analysis and signalization. WGI’s survey efforts include project network control, right-of-way mapping, topographic survey, bathymetric survey and subsurface utility engineering (SUE). Additionally, WGI was responsible for the project’s utility coordination/certification efforts.
