The South Congress Hotel is located at 1603 South Congress Avenue in the full purpose City of Austin jurisdiction and was developed by CSE Realty Partners. The project includes an 82-room hotel in addition to restaurant and retail spaces and a 2-story underground parking garage. Civil engineering demands for this urban infill project included obtaining approvals for off-site utility extensions, curb line modifications on South Congress Avenue, obtaining a site development permit and approvals for a license agreement, and administration of ongoing construction phase services. The hotel opened in the summer of 2015.
