Developed by Streetlights Residential and designed by Rhode Partners, The Catherine is a nineteen-story residential high-rise building located in the South Central Waterfront District of Austin, and includes 277 luxury units. As the MEP engineer for the project, WGI was responsible for the design of all HVAC, Plumbing, and electrical systems. Additional scope items include stairwell pressurization, smoke control and emergency power.
