To support the acquisition of two city blocks, approximately 12 acres and 41 parcels, for a new campus, WGI conducted multi-disciplinary due diligence. WGI prepared a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), provided oversight of an asbestos survey, and conducted a Phase II ESA of former underground storage tanks (USTs) at a former gas station for a County motor pool. The Phase II ESA included soil and groundwater assessment. WGI conducted a tree survey and assessments for wetlands and wildlife. WGI conducted a preliminary assessment of cultural resources, including historic districts and structures. WGI prepared an ALTA/Land Title Survey and provided oversight for a geotechnical evaluation.
