WGI provided planning, environmental, civil engineering, and landscape services for the development of a 100,000 square foot warehouse in Orlando, Florida. Planning scope of services included the development and processing of site plan approvals with the city of Orlando. Environmental scope of services included permitting with ACOE to mitigate existing wetlands located within the project site. Civil engineering scope of services included the development and permitting of civil engineering plans with various regulatory agencies such as SJRWM, FDOT, and city of Orlando. Landscape architecture scope of services included the development of landscape plans for site plan approval and construction.
