The Western Michigan University East and West Parking Structures are located on the College of Engineering campus. The parking structures were designed by WGI and constructed in 2002. The precast prestressed structures provide parking for over 1,000 students, faculty, and visitors to the College.

WGI performed a field survey of the East and West Parking Structures that included visual observations of key structural and functional components throughout the garage. The structures were in good condition but required maintenance and preventative measures to obtain a long-term service life. WGI prepared design documents, assisted with bidding and provided construction administration services.
