Celebrating Marketing Excellence in Houston

The 2024 SMPS Houston Design Awards, held on May 10th, 2024, was truly a night to remember for all involved.

The signature event brought together marketers and business developers from across Houston and the Southeast to celebrate the most creative and effective marketing efforts in the AEC industry. The awards granted recognize firms who have excelled in promoting their services in the Houston region, and this year, the competition was quite fierce across seven distinct categories:

A Night of Fun and Philanthropy

Themed “All In Casino Night,” the event offered attendees the opportunity to enjoy classic casino games such as Texas Hold ‘Em, Blackjack, Roulette, and Craps. But the evening was not just about accolades; it also featured a Whiskey + Wine Pull and raffle, with all proceeds benefiting Casa de Esperanza, an organization dedicated to providing a safe place for children in crisis due to abuse, neglect or the effects of HIV.

WGI Unleashed Podcast: A Rebrand Success Story

The WGI Unleashed podcast rebrand was a collaborative effort between WGI’s creative and marketing teams. It aimed to revitalize our digital presence while engaging our audience with fresh, dynamic content.

The creative team’s dedication to this project ensured a seamless blend of informative and engaging content, topped with top-notch production quality – Serving as a testament to the hard work and creativity required for this award-winning campaign.

Britney Cooper: Rock of the Chapter

We are also proud to celebrate Britney Cooper, who was honored with the SMPS Houston 2024 Rock of the Chapter award.

Britney’s dedication and hard work over the past year have been instrumental in SMPS’ chapter successes, and this recognition could not be more well-deserved.
