In Austin, a Fortune 500 technology company was looking to create an open and collaborative office space. Our Texas MEP engineers helped make it happen.
A large Fortune 500 technology company was looking to create a fresh, collaborative work environment for their employees in Austin, Texas and reached out to REES Architects to bring that vision to life. WGI provided MEP Engineering services for the airy and open office space.
The 26,000-sf space includes 21,500-sf of open office , conference and meeting rooms, private phone booths, circulation areas, and an amazing kitchen.
The project also included 4,500 sf of server room/lab space to keep everyone connected. Turner Construction was the general contractor for the project, which was completed earlier this year.
