WGI was engaged by longtime client Ocean Reef Club to perform full design and post-design services for the Associate’s Village parking structure. The ±400-space precast parking structure will provide much-needed additional parking for club staff and members. Our scope of work includes a full array of architectural, civil engineering, geospatial, landscape architecture, MEP Engineering, Structural Engineering, permitting, and Parking Solutions services for the entire project.
Currently under construction, the new parking structure design was carefully integrated into the aesthetic fabric of the Ocean Reef campus, using contextual materials and finishes to accent the existing adjacent “Keys” style buildings.
Factory pre-finished metal louver and guardrail assemblies will provide occupant shade within the open stair systems, increased longevity, and reduced maintenance.
The precast concrete panels will include form-lined surfaces of limestone texture to round out the aesthetic façade treatments.
WGI’s professionals visit the site regularly to review the progress of construction with general contractor Florida LeMark and their subcontractors.
