Oakton Preserve is a Commercial Planned Development prepared for Schickedanz Oakton Building Group, LLC. The 44.07-acre site is located on Okeechobee Boulevard, east of the Andros Isle Residential Development. The site consists of a 7.14-acre residential tract that Land Design Services designed as a fee simple townhouse community.
The residential tract consists of 101 two-car garage townhomes and 13 workforce housing townhomes. The scope of work was to prepare and represent the project for a major planned development amendment and a major subdivision replat. As part of our scope of work, Land Design Services prepared the site plan documentation, landscape plans, tree alteration permitting and all public hearing representation.
