WGI was retained to provide due diligence, planning, site design, civil, survey, traffic, environmental, and landscape architecture services for this 11-acre, 41-unit single-family development located on Ranchette Road and Summit Boulevard in unincorporated Palm Beach County. The property is part of a surrounding developmental pattern encouraging infill opportunities and enhancing the area’s built environment. The WGI Planning team prepared the Rezoning, Class A Conditional Use, Zoning Approvals, and Site Plan applications. Representation at public hearings and public outreach were also provided throughout the project approval process.
In addition, the WGI Transportation Planning Division prepared a traffic study and the Environmental Division prepared a wetland determination, wetland permitting, tree inventory, vegetation removal permitting, NIC Excavation permitting, listed species assessment, and associated public representation.
