Tarasco Subdivision is an 11.5-acre subdivision in San Antonio, TX, establishing 65 fee simple lots. WGI provided survey, planning, entitlement, roadway and utility design, and construction phase administration. The project included site planning, cost estimating, and construction coordination, serving as the liaison between the client/owner and City. WGI coordinated with the City on entitlements and street design. Our team also facilitated general construction permitting for water and sewer for the development with SAWS. We also resolved connectivity issues associated with TIA, with the development bounded by established neighborhood streets. WGI completed a stormwater management plan and subsequent onsite detention facility design. WGI’s structural division provided design for the vertical wall elements of the stormwater facility.
