10th Avenue North/Congress Avenue Intersection Study

WGI completed a study of the 10th Avenue North/Congress Avenue intersection to evaluate three separate intersection improvement alternatives. Each alternative was required to meet specific intersection capacity requirements that would enhance the current operating characteristics. Alternatives were evaluated using a Right-of-Way Evaluation Team comprised of experts in the fields of business damages, appraisals, traffic and site analyses, planning, and market research. Each intersection alternative was optimized to minimize right-of-way impacts and associated costs. Other services provided to complete this study included title/ ownership research, topographical survey, permitting and coordination with local municipalities.
