As an initial step in the comprehensive planning and design for the proposed University of Florida Graduate School campus in West Palm Beach, Florida, WGI provided the University a comprehensive Due Diligence report on the 11.63-acre site located in downtown’s urban core.
Preliminary assessment of the site, including the investigation of natural and cultural resources, underground utilities, contamination, asbestos, and geotechnical soil profiles.
Detailed land title survey of the 11.63-acre site, which included compliance with ALTA/NSPS land title requirements as well as right-of-way and easement research and underground subsurface QLB utility investigations.
Environmental Site Assessment including a database search, a threatened and endangered species assessment, a wetlands assessment, a specimen tree inventory, an asbestos containing material survey, a cultural and historic resources report, and a preliminary exploration and an evaluation of possible historical ground water contamination.
