This amenity center and community pool is the open space highlight of 51 East, a vibrant new urbanist community near Mueller. The pool features a baja shelf, LED light-up bubblers, and an outdoor kitchen and bathrooms under a contemporary cantilevered roof. A privacy wall screens views of nearby homes while linear openings and indentations provide visual interest. In addition to being a community gathering place, the pool also celebrates green infrastructure features – the entire pool deck drains to a large rain garden bisected by a bridge at the front entry.
