The Brushy Creek Apartment project is a 10.75-acre garden-style multifamily development consisting of 258 apartment units. The project sits partially in the City of Austin’s limited purpose jurisdiction and partially in the City of Austin’s extraterritorial jurisdiction in Williamson County. As part of the larger design team, WGI provided both civil engineering and mobility/ transportation engineering support for the project’s rezoning in the limited purpose area, floodplain mapping and environmental coordination, right of way dedication and driveway permitting with TXDOT and Williamson County, a Traffic Impact Analysis through the City of Austin and Williamson County, the design and permitting of nearly 2,700 linear feet of offsite forcemain and water line through public ROW and easements, permitting of a WPAP and SCS through TCEQ, permitting through City of Round Rock fire department, and City of Austin site development permitting.
